Your order shipment

Our online shop offers various shipping options depending on how much you order and where you are located in the world.

All orders placed before 3 pm GMT Monday to Friday will be processed and despatched the same day after receipt of payment.
For orders placed via the website, tracking details will automatically be sent upon despatch to the email address provided for the order.
All orders received after 3 pm will be processed the next working day.
The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order and will provide you with an order reference number.
Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgment email detailing the products you have ordered.

Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm GMT will be processed the same day but will be shipped the following business day (Monday).

By placing an order on this website, you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age.
If there is a problem with your order (if the product is out of stock, if there is a problem with your payment) you will be contacted as soon as possible via email (please make sure all contact details are correct).

ShynDorca is not responsible for weather-related delays or shipping service delays.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment, the delivery address, and the shipping service method. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Lastly, please note that taxes and duties may be imposed by the country of entry, and this is not within our control.  In this case, you (the customer) are responsible for all taxes and duties outside of Ghana.
